The Weekly Backlog Grind #11

Welcome to post #11 of The Weekly Backlog Grind. Another holiday off this past week meant a lot more gaming time. Between my morning play throughs before work I leave for work and then my commute, I was able to put some dents in my current games being played. Let’s jump right in.

Games Beat

Gears 5

It took a while, but I finally completed Gears 5. And boy do I regret waiting so long to play it. Gears 5 is on my top 10 games of the year. Review will be up this week.

Luigi’s Mansion 3

Another top 10 game of the year for myself. I found Luigi’s Mansion 3 such a treat to play. It makes me want and need to play the first two entries in the series. I would’ve liked it to be a bit longer but that’s such a minor complaint. Stay tuned for my review.

Currently Playing

Death Stranding

About 13 hours in Death Stranding and I must admit this game won’t be for everyone and they won’t be disappointed. I’m curious to see what I end up scoring this, but every day I always look forward to popping this on.

Pokémon Sword & Shield

Started this on Friday and played a good chunk over the weekend. I always look forward to Pokémon games when they release, and this was no different. I know Game Freaks has gotten a lot of hate, but I am personally enjoying it a lot.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare

Still slowly chipping away at the campaign. On mission 7 now of the campaign. Still a great experience.

My Town Hero

As much as I try to get some playtime in other games just take me away from the chore that it is to play this game. Maybe Thanksgiving break I can maybe get some time in.

On the Back Burner

Kirby’s Dream Land 3

I will finish you one day.

Inmost

More and more as the days go by not playing this is more days leading up to me just waiting to play it on the Nintendo Switch.

Backlogged Games

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order

Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age

Blair Witch

Oxenfree

After Party

Current Backlogged games continue to grow but hopefully will be starting them soon. What have you been playing or completed? Comment below as always.
